Maxim Naumov, born August 1, 2001, is an American figure skater with a notable career, including the 2026 U.S. national bronze medal and the 2020 U.S. junior national championship. The son of 1994 World Champion pairs skaters Vadim Naumov and Evgenia Shishkova, he was inspired by his parents and placed fifth at the 2020 World Junior Championships.

Tragically, his parents were killed on January 29, 2025, in a mid-air collision, just days after proudly witnessing his fourth-place finish at the 2025 U.S. Championships. Deeply impacted, Naumov has since taken over the Skating Club of Boston's Youth Academy Program that his parents founded. He openly shared his grief and resolve, stating he now carries "three people" in his dedication to their enduring legacy and his skating career.
