Aaron Holiday (born September 30, 1996) is an American professional basketball player currently suiting up for Maxima Roma in Italy's Lega Basket Serie A and the EuroCup. He is the younger brother of NBA players Jrue and Justin Holiday, and both of his parents played college basketball at Arizona State, where his mother was the Pac-10 Player of the Year in 1982. A four-star recruit out of Campbell Hall in Los Angeles, Holiday starred at UCLA, where he started as a freshman and later became a third-team All-American and first-team All-Pac-12 point guard as a junior, highlighted by a notable 2015 upset win over No. 1 Kentucky. He was selected 23rd overall by the Indiana Pacers in the 2018 NBA draft, playing three seasons there before trades to the Washington Wizards and Phoenix Suns. Known for his tenacious defense and playmaking, Holiday has continued his professional career overseas after his NBA tenure.
