Motorsport Network

Motorsport Network is a Miami-based media and technology company, founded in 2015, that focuses on motor racing and automotive content for a global audience. It quickly grew through major acquisitions, including the iconic Autosport magazine in 2016, and expanded into digital streaming with Motorsport.tv, which later launched official channels for Ferrari and Mercedes-Benz. The company made headlines in 2017 with the world’s largest Formula One fan survey (200,000+ respondents) and attracted top investors like racing champion Fernando Alonso and Formula E founder Alejandro Agag in 2019. Its portfolio spans multi-language websites like Motorsport.com, a massive photo archive, and the luxury car marketplace duPont Registry, acquired in 2021. In June 2023, the media division was sold to GMF Capital, while the gaming division remained separate, marking a new chapter for the company.
