Anthony Wint (born September 14, 1995) is an American athlete who has carved out a unique dual career as both a professional gridiron football player and a mixed martial artist, currently competing in the heavyweight division of the UFC. Growing up in Homestead, Florida, he balanced wrestling and football at Homestead High School before becoming a standout linebacker at Florida International University (FIU) , where he recorded 336 tackles (second-most in school history) and earned All-Conference USA honors. After going undrafted in 2018, Wint signed with the New York Jets, making his NFL debut in December 2018, and later joined the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL in 2019. When the CFL cancelled its 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he opted out and shifted his focus entirely to fighting, capturing the FURY FC Heavyweight Championship before making his way to the UFC. His remarkable transition from the gridiron to the octagon showcases his exceptional versatility, power, and competitive drive.
