The 2022 Liga Femenina (Liga Femenina Pluspetrol) was the season of Peru's top women's football league, running from 2 April to 30 November 2022, and featured a new decentralized format for 13 teams. The competition consisted of a regular round-robin stage followed by separate championship and relegation playoffs. Alianza Lima defended their title by defeating Carlos A. Mannucci 4–1 on aggregate in a home-and-away two-legged final (changed from the originally planned single match), thereby qualifying for the 2022 Copa Libertadores Femenina. In the relegation heptagonal, the 7th-place team was relegated, while the 6th-place team faced a promotion playoff against a Copa Perú Femenina runner-up. To sharpen competition, the championship playoffs awarded the top two regular-season teams bonus points (2 and 1 respectively) at the start of the hexagonal stage.
