2026 CR Flamengo season

Flamengo enters 2026 celebrating its 131st year, competing in a packed calendar that includes the Série A, Copa Libertadores, Recopa Sudamericana, Supercopa do Brasil, Copa do Brasil, and the Campeonato Carioca—while maintaining its proud record of 56 consecutive seasons in Brazil's top flight. The club qualified for the Supercopa by winning the Série A and earned a spot in the Recopa by winning the 2025 Copa Libertadores. On the kit front, Adidas (in its 13th year of the partnership) released a retro-inspired black home kit on 16 January and a white "Manto 1 Branco" second kit on 10 April, officially retiring the "away" terminology. The Copa Libertadores group stage draw was held on 19 March in Luque, Paraguay, with the round-of-16 draw scheduled for 29 May. Early-season statistics show Pedro and Samuel Lino leading appearances with 39 each, while goalkeeper Agustín Rossi has started the most matches (35) across all competitions. With a star-studded roster and multiple trophies in play, Flamengo aims to dominate Brazilian and South American football once again.
