Angie Lassman (born November 22, 1990) is an American meteorologist for NBC News, appearing on the Saturday edition of Today and on NBC News Now on weekdays, while also filling in for Al Roker and Dylan Dreyer and contributing to NBC Nightly News. She joined NBC in November 2022 after working at Miami's WTVJ since 2016, but her career began earlier as a morning meteorologist at FOX 26 KNPN in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Raised in Fraser, Michigan, Lassman graduated from Fraser High School in 2008 before earning both a bachelor's (2013) and master's (2014) degree in meteorology from the Florida Institute of Technology. A standout athlete, she played volleyball as a libero for Florida Tech from 2008 to 2013, serving as a two-year captain and finishing with 1,606 career digs—the second-highest total in school history.
