Isack Alexandre Hadjar, born in Paris in 2004 to an Algerian family, is a French-Algerian racing driver who competes under the French flag. Starting competitive karting at age seven, he climbed through the junior formulae ranks, culminating in a runner-up finish in FIA Formula 2 in 2024 behind Gabriel Bortoleto, which earned him the nickname "le Petit Prost." A member of the Red Bull Junior Team since 2022, he made his Formula One debut with Racing Bulls in 2025, memorably crashing on the formation lap of the Australian Grand Prix. Despite that rocky start, he recovered to score several points finishes and claimed his maiden podium at the Dutch Grand Prix. His strong rookie season led to his promotion to the senior Red Bull Racing team for 2026, where he will race alongside Max Verstappen.
