Jason Watson (born May 2000 in Brighton) is a British jockey who achieved Group 1 success at a young age. Starting riding at age six and leaving school at 13, he won the Champion Apprentice title in 2018 with 77 wins, including the Stewards' Cup, and ended the calendar year with 111 total victories.

In 2018, he secured his first Group 1 win in Italy on God Given (Premio Lydia Tesio) and became first jockey for trainer Roger Charlton in 2019. After a serious fall in January 2019 that fractured four vertebrae, he returned to win the Preis von Europa on Aspetar and, on consecutive days in October 2019, captured his first British Group 1 at the Fillies' Mile on Quadrilateral alongside the Cesarewitch Handicap.

He has continued to build on his reputation, most recently winning the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes on Cicero's Gift in 2025. His early talent and determination have marked him as a standout figure in British horse racing.
